“A woman's family is held together by her wisdom, but it can be destroyed by her foolishness” (Proverbs 14:1, Contemporary English Version).
As goes the home, so goes society. So much depends on the dedication, love, character and selflessness of the wife and mother in charge of the house. Since she is usually more in the home than the man, her children will mostly reflect her virtues or defects.
